Professional Experience

Terry Hall leads the firm's clean energy and carbon markets legal team and complements that practice with her work in commercial transactions and business restructuring. She is an active participant in the American Bar Association's section on environment, energy and resources, and presents regularly on energy financing and policy issues. Terry provides federal and state law updates at the monthly American Council on Renewable Energy webinar lunches at the firm. Terry represents new and existing businesses in the renewable energy industry and assists businesses interested in carbon emission reduction technologies.

Terry is a registered civil mediator in the State of Indiana. Before joining Baker & Daniels, she was a consultant to cities, towns and counties in Indiana on economic development and land use issues.
