Expert Guidance, Pertinent Case Law and Legislative Updates for Handling Critical Employment Liability Issues.

This program provides essential practice tips from experts in the field, as well as case law and legislative updates for practitioners dealing with liability issues that arise every day in the workplace. Particular attention will be drawn to all of the new changes in employment law, in addition to those always troublesome areas.
